Sanctions, PEP and forced-labor list screening runs regardless of jurisdiction: OFAC SDN, UN Consolidated List, EU Sanctions List, US BIS Entity List, DHS UFLPA Entity List, and OpenSanctions (including live PEP matching).
Strong identity verification
United States (SEC public-company registry), United Kingdom (Companies House), and the European Union — all 27 member states (VIES VAT validation + GLEIF LEI records).

Company registry search via OpenCorporates where a match exists, for jurisdictions outside the strong-coverage list above.
